Returns and Refund Policy
At Hakkipikki Hair Oil, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), we do not accept returns unless the product you received is:
Damaged during transit
Incorrect (wrong product or quantity shipped)
Expired or defective
To be eligible for a return:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must provide photo/video evidence of the issue.
2. How to Request a Return
Please contact us at support@hakkipikki-hairoil.com with the following:
Order ID
Reason for return
Clear photos/videos showing the issue
Once approved, we will initiate the return process and share further instructions.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item (if applicable).
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it or offer a refund.
